Return your rented equipment 

Step by Step guide on how to return the rented equipment and make sure you report any existing damage.

Step 1

Take pictures of the equipment

Please take clear pictures of the equipment and send them to info@thesurfrepublik.com with your full name


Indicate if the item has been damaged.

If that is the case we will contact you for more details.

Step 2

Open the padlock with pin code

We have sent you an email with detail access for your booking, including the location, the locker number and the pin code. Type the pin code and push the button with the padlock symbol (bottom right corner). You should here a beeping sound and see a green light.

Step 3

Secure the equipment inside the locker and close the padlock

Please introduce the equipment in the locker and make sure to lock the door properly and lock the padlock.
