What you need to know

How do I book my storage?

Easy.

Step 1 - Sign up

Step 2 - Choose your membership

Step 3 - Proceed to the payment

Step 4 - You will receive an email confirmation once the payment has been processed.

Step 5 - We will send you the password or the key by post.

When will I receive my pin?

Immediately. Once you book your membership you will receive via email a pin to access your storage or rented equipment.

If you don't seem to have received it, please check your spam folder.

What is the storage for?

The storage is intended for water sport equipment like: surfing, kite surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, diving, fishing, etc.

It takes this into consideration and allows for ventilation so this equipment gets dry for the next time you use it.

Do you rent wetsuits?

Unfortunately at the moment we don't offer wetsuit rentals.

Is it available 24/7?

Yes. You will have access to your belongings at any time. That way you will be able to surf or enjoy your sport beyond the normal hours 9am to 5pm.

What are the dimensions of the storage?

For the storage dimensions please refer here. If the storage dimensions don't suit your needs, let us know, we are happy to have feedback to help you in the future.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

We are not happy to see you leave :( but we understand that life changes and there are unsuspected situations. We give you the option to find somebody to carry on with your membership or paying only half of the remaining amount of your membership.

Can I leave my belongings in the locker?

You can leave your belongings while you are renting surfboard. Be aware you will need the pincode to open the locker again, so make sure you annotate or remember it.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the property left in the locker

Do you provide insurance?

At the moment we don't provide insurance. We have fiercely secured the wheels and the tow bar to avoid any undesired situation. We will also provide GPS tracking in the near future. For more info refer to our T&Cs on our website.

Opening hours

All our rentals are available from 6am to 10pm. Please note all our bookings and are online.

We are open on public holidays.
